For this purpose

  • Our ERATECH MT team for the continuous improvement of the Total Quality Management System to ensure training, authorisation and participation.
  • Taking into account the special requests of our customers before and after sales to provide our services completely.
  • To work in a way to meet the quality expectations of our customers and suppliers to create models, to ensure product supply without compromising quality under any circumstances to provide,
  • With our experienced team, we will utilise our talents and resources in the most effective way  to meet the needs and expectations of our customers who receive service from our company meet on time,
  • By acting in line with ERATECH MT principles and corporate identity, Legal requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard, customer specifications including the documentation of our quality management system, To ensure that our products are certified and continuously improved.
  • To ensure that our products are produced and controlled according to quality standards.
  • Working in a team spirit with our suppliers, employees and business partners to make each of them a part of ERATECH MT Quality Management System and to ensure effective decisionmaking mechanism,
  • Our suppliers are ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, and/or IATF16949:2016 and ISO/TS 22163:2017 (IRIS) certified.
  • Protecting customer property with confidentiality and reliability, preventing unauthorised use,
  • By complying with the laws and international standards; appropriate for the age of our employees to ensure that children are employed under favourable conditions and not to allow child labour,
  • To never allow bribery, corruption and all kinds of illegal activities,
  • Respecting the rights of our employees, working conditions, wages and rights not to allow any discrimination or injustice,
