Aluminium Injection Moulding

In the aluminium injection moulding method; aluminium in molten liquid form is pressurized by injection machines. Applied and injected into the moulds and the casting process is performed. molten liquid aluminium due to the high pressure applied, a large amount of aluminium is filled into the mould very quickly. Mould high pressure continues to be applied to the liquid aluminium inside until solidification is completed after the solidification is completed, the mould is opened and aluminium is removed with the help of pusher rods. The part is removed from the mould.
